An experienced Information Technology professional with 30+ years of experience in building productive relationships to support strategic business objectives. A proven track record of managing partnerships and strategic business relationships through successful project integrations and resolution of conflicts. Adept at implementing and maintaining continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and growth. Four years of experience as one on one Direct Support Staff and personal family ties to the intellectual disability community is what has driven me to start Caring Connections and become an approved ODP Provider with a focus on Support Broker Services.

Erin Bove

Certified Supports Broker Manager

Erin joins Caring Connections with a degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and began her career in banking and finance. After several company mergers and acquisitions, Erin took her career in a new direction and went back to school at Penn State University focusing on Psychology when she was introduced to and fell in love with supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

She entered this field supporting children but found her true passion in supporting adults on the autism spectrum and Down Syndrome.She entered this field supporting children but found her true passion in supporting adults on the autism spectrum and Down Syndrome. With over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, Erin has over 10 years of experience as a DSP with 5 of those years as a Team Lead performing various duties that aligned with the Support Broker role. 

Erin then discovered the Support Broker role and became a Certified Support Broker. Because of Erin’s experience as a DSP and a Team Lead, she can approach scenarios from a different perspective using gained experience and creativity. Erin uses her excellent communication and listening skills to help individuals and their families with identifying resources, tools, and solutions for whatever their needs are. She believes that by creating strong relationships and trust with the people she supports, the sky is the limit on what a person can achieve. Using both her professional and personal life experiences, Erin is an out-of-the-box thinker and gladly welcomes any challenge. She believes there is always a way to accomplish something and if told something cannot be done, she is sure to come back with several ways it can be done. Her motto is “If there is a will, there is a way! “

During her personal time, Erin enjoys spending time with her loved ones, close friends, and her two dogs. She finds joy and balance in gardening, shopping, traveling/discovering new places, vacationing on the Gulf Coast, collecting seashells, listening to music, watching movies, decorating, and learning new things. 

LL - Caring Connections Support Broker

LeeAnn Logsdon

Certified Supports Broker

Lee Ann Logsdon  joins Caring Connections with a degree in Social Work from West Chester University.  Her career began as a Respite worker for a young lady diagnosed with the deletion of the 18th chromosome. Eventually, she moved to working with three gentlemen with Autism in a residential setting. Over the last 27 years, Lee Ann has worked as a DSP, Program Specialist, Program Director, Activities Manager, and Case Worker in Social Services.

In 2022, Lee Ann discovered the Support Broker role and became a Certified Support Broker.  Lee Ann uses her experience to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual disabilities and their families to self-direct their services and live their everyday lives.

In her downtime, Lee Ann enjoys cooking, baking, painting, crocheting, and crafting.  She is an animal lover and the owner of a dog, a cat, and a bearded dragon.  Lee Ann enjoys vacationing on the Beach.

Laura Moravinski

Certified Supports Broker

Laura comes to Caring Connections with over 35 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from the School of Social Work and went on to a career in preschool education. For the last 10 years, Laura has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician specializing in supporting children on the Autism Spectrum in the preschool, elementary school, and clinic settings.

Laura is also mom to an adult with Autism. In developing her daughter’s team, Laura discovered the Supports Broker role and felt it would be a perfect fit. Laura brings to the table a passion for helping families like hers, and the belief that with the right supports in place, people with differences can achieve anything they set their minds to.

During her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dog and cat. She also enjoys reading, vacationing, and rooting for her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

Allison Matko

Certified Supports Broker

Allison brings over 10 years of experience in human services to her role as a Supports Broker at Caring Connections. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of human service settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective and unique insight into the needs of the individuals and families she supports.

With a strong background in person-centered care and community-based support, Allison strives to help individuals live as independently as possible. She is deeply committed to empowering those she supports, ensuring that they not only receive the services they need but also feel respected, informed, and in control of their journey. Allison has a true passion for helping others, and that dedication shines through in her work.

In her free time, Allison enjoys being outdoors, traveling and exploring new places. She finds joy in being creative, thrifting and trying new things as well as values spending quality time with her family and friends, along with her two cats, Frank and Simone.
